1General Terms & Conditions

Pklu (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a licensed online gaming service operated through the pklu.onl domain. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pklu and its users ("Members" or "Players").

2Account Registration & Verification

To register an account with pklu, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Creating an account with false or incomplete details is a direct violation of pklu's Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.

Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, pklu reserves the right to close them and withhold any accumulated funds.

• The name and mobile number provided at registration must be your own.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify pklu support immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

3Bonus & Promotion Policy

Pklu offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its members. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the respective bonus page. These general terms apply to all promotions.

To use pklu bonuses, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. Generally, you are required to wager 20 to 30 times the bonus amount, as specified for each individual offer.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — they are for wagering purposes only.
• Running multiple bonuses at the same time may not be permitted.
• Pklu reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent use may result in account termination.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on pklu are available through popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant, while withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Pklu may request additional documentation to verify payments.

5Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All game outcomes on pklu are determined by a technologically neutral RNG (Random Number Generator). No result is predetermined, and pklu does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

Players may only participate on the pklu gaming platform through legitimate means. pklu reserves the right to void any rewards granted due to technical errors or unintentional mistakes.

6Prohibited Activities

8Account Suspension & Closure

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
